To maintain a safe environment for everyone, we enforce strict content standards:

All users must follow our community guidelines at all times

We use both automated detection tools and human review

Suspicious accounts and content are flagged immediately and investigated by our dedicated safety team.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report content or other users directly within the app. Our process is swift and thorough:

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
Violating content is removed immediately upon confirmation
Offending users are suspended or permanently banned

Every report is treated with absolute confidentiality. No report is too small; we take every concern seriously.

Blocking & Safety Controls

Users have full control over their safety and interactions on the platform:

Block any user to prevent all future contact
Report abusive behaviour with one tap from any profile
Control who can send you messages with message requests

Blocked users will no longer be able to contact or interact with the reporting user in any way.

Your safety controls are always available, accessible from any profile or conversation screen in the app.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving:

Child safety risks and CSAE investigations
Criminal activity facilitated through the platform
Abuse and exploitation cases requiring legal action

We comply with Nigerian and international law. Where criminal activity is detected, we proactively report to the appropriate authorities.
